Dr. Hilda Mideva, PhD, has spent over 15 years bridging academic finance theory with the practical realities of running, advising and auditing organizations.
She earned her doctorate in Finance and Accounting, researching corporate financial strategy and taxation policy — work that now informs every engagement she takes on as a practicing consultant. Alongside her advisory practice, she serves as a part-time lecturer, teaching corporate finance, taxation and financial reporting to the next generation of professionals.
Her client work spans fractional CFO mandates for startups and SMEs, tax advisory for corporates and individuals, statutory accounting and bookkeeping oversight, and audit-readiness reviews for organizations preparing for external audits or investment rounds.
